38 Weeks, I was born

Picture 1: I cant wait until 7 Nov 2007-40 Weeks. I was born at 38 weeks of gestation. I was delivered by Normal delivery.
at birth, my weight was 2.71kg; my length 50cm & my head circumference 32cm.
My Obstetrician is: Mr. Mah Siew Lee
My Paediatrician is: Dr. michael Khor
My Blood Group is A positive

Today 18 Oct 2007, check up day. I am 37weeks. 2.8Kg. My head well engaged into the birth canal.
